Life Coaching

Hello again! I’m Sandra. Welcome to the Life Coaching section of the Quintessential Coaching website.

I want to share a little with you about myself and how I became involved in Life Coaching.

Like most people out there I’ve had my ups and downs in life. Specifically over the past couple of years.
I have gone from being successful in my own right to loosing everything of monitory value, as well as
loosing both my parents who I was very close to.

By the end of November 2010 my world, as I perceived it, had fallen into complete chaos. I was at an all
time low but knew that I had to figure out a way to pick myself up again. I was not ready to call myself a
failure.

With the support of my family I decided I was ready to find a solution and started contemplating finding
a life-coach to help me but couldn’t find any individual that gave me the feeling I needed to convince
myself their methods would work for me.

Before I knew it I had signed up for a life-coaching course that seemed like maybe it could work. I
completed the course which not only taught but also applied the techniques to those being taught. I
graduated with certificates in Evolved Coaching, Life Coaching, Hypnotherapy, Time Paradigm
Techniques, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Stress Bio Feedback.

I had also processed a lot of my baggage and most importantly I could imagine myself on top of things again. We also got to set goals for our future and wow did I set myself some pretty awesome ones.

One afternoon about 5 months later, I was driving home from a friend’s house when it suddenly hit me like a ton of bricks, I was achieving the goals that I had set, without me even realising it.

At that moment I knew that this is what I wanted to do – I want to help other people, like you, sort out
their issues and achieve their goals just like I had done, so here I am.

Please take some time to browse our website and if what we do feels right for you, then give me a call or send us an e-mail. I’m looking forward to hearing from you. And remember “the mind is like an umbrella, it only works when it’s open”.
